Kentucky Fried Chicken – Started at 14 years old. It was a great place to work. The thing I remember most is getting robbed one Tuesday, the next Tuesday an impaired driver drove through the front window. I didn’t want to see what was going to happen the Tuesday after that, so I resigned.

Fun Facts:
I left Ontario and moved to Quispamsis one year ago and am loving it here. I am a big animal lover and will help any animal in need. One time my dog found a baby squirrel that fell from a tree, so I raised it and set it free when it was old enough. I spend my free time with my dog Zoey, hiking, kayaking and I enjoy cooking and learning new recipes.

In Ontario I volunteered at a Women’s Shelter. I am looking for a new place to volunteer here in New Brunswick.

First job, and what you remember most about it:
My first job at 16 was at the Dollarama. The job entailed typical shelf stocking and cashier work. What I most remember about the role is every Friday night, myself and high school buddies would work the same shift together. We would play Dollarama fear factor where everyone would have to eat what someone else picked out. It had to be the oddest item we could find. As you can imagine, lots of shenanigans ensued.

Fun Facts:
I started in personal insurance in 2012 with RSA insurance. It was a short stint before moving onto Cap Gemini where we handled the life insurance division for RBC. Since that time I have been out of the insurance world but am very excited to get started once again. I am a singer. I used to perform with local artists in Halifax. I never had my own gigs but had a lot of fun singing in the Bedford area. I played football my entire life. I was a team captain for team Nova Scotia in my younger years and still play in the MTFL (Metro touch football league). I am going into my 15th year with the league. I have two children. Blake (boy, 12) and Riley (girl, 10). I managed a restaurant for 5 years from 2019 – 2024.
