What We Look for in Team Members

Our ideal candidate is an insurance professional with at least 3 years of experience with auto, home, recreational, business, and/or life insurance.

However, it’s just as important that we hire “independent team players.” We want people who are excited about taking part in a team environment, have been successful working with others, and will pull their own weight while simultaneously pushing others to reach their full potential.

At the same time, we need professionals who are reliable self-starters able to work on their own without constant supervision.
