My name is Leslee Chambers. I am a daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. I very much enjoy being an aunt. My niece has me wrapped around her little finger, as the saying goes. I spend most of my spare time in Pennfield, visiting family and friends as well as enjoying the fresh seafood and blueberries. Being from that area I also very much enjoy a trip to the USA for shopping.

MY EXPERIENCE?

I have been in the Insurance Industry for 20 years, 15 of those with the Higgins Insurance family. I completed my Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) Designation in 2004. I started as a receptionist in Fredericton in 2001 and have progressed in my career to the position of Broker.Having started as a receptionist, I have seen all aspects of this industry – and the best thing about it is no two client files are ever the same. One of my favorite memories is insuring a property with a rebuild of over $1.5 Million Dollars. The trust that was placed in me - was a great feeling.

WHY INSURANCE?

I actually fell into the industry to start with – and then discovered how much I love helping people. Being able to offer solid advice to clients to protect themselves and their families is a nice feeling. I enjoy making connections with clients and have many that are still with me from when I first started in the industry. The faith and confidence they continue to place in me means a lot; we are now working on children of some of my first clients – second generation clients are a huge compliment.

Why deal with me?

Over the past several years, I have worked on numerous files in my role on the sales team – I have heard how clients are frustrated with insurance from the lack of understanding of an insurance policy, to premiums, to claims service. Being in the role I am in - I take it very seriously and take the time to explain, answer questions, educate and provide the best advice I can. I also am always here to advocate for my clients – if and when the situation requires it.
